*50% payment (non-refundable) of the total amount for booth(s)/space must be paid to secure your participation at the

*The remaining payment must be made at least 30 days before the event.
*Any withdrawal or cancellation of booth(s) or space within 45 days before the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
